About Lauren
Lauren Johnston Rota is a Licensed Acupuncturist registered by the Board of Medicine in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. She is also an NCCAOM (National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine) Diplomate in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbology. Upon graduation, she operated a private practice in Brookline, Massachusetts and worked as an assistant manager for the NESA Chinese herbal pharmacy. Maintaining her private practice, she later worked as a full-time acupuncturist and Chinese herbalist at Pathways to Complimentary Medicine in Boston (formerly AIDS Care Project), one of the largest Asian medical clinics in the United States. She currently has a private practice in Natick, MA and is also the mother of two children.
